The average founder’s age of Facebook, Google, and Microsoft was early 20’s. The passion and the hunger for knowledge has started at much earlier point.
At some point in our life society ingrains that to try new things is risky and failure is catastrophic. Luckily for us, not everyone paid attention to that advice. As Sir Richard Branson said: ” You don’t learn to walk by following the rules. You learn by doing and falling over.” At TESTBED we view that not taking “risk” is riskier than taking risk. We set to teach the skills and confidence in our Future Leaders that when they fall (and they will), they will rise up stronger, smarter and more confident. Kirk Lubimov
Future Leaders is a program for ages 12+. The program focuses on 21st century skills and real life hands on experience, including:
Participants will be encouraged to work on their own projects and will be a part of real companies.
Most importantly we make it fun, flexible and accessible to all.
